Some of the DIY backyard ideas for kids on this list are easy to create. While others are a bit more time-consuming, you can create a place for your children to play together or a place where they can relax. The idea is on this list vary greatly, but if you take a look at the gallery, I'm positive that you can find an idea that you can use to transform your backyard into a fun and entertaining place for your kids and their friends to enjoy the summer. Having the cool house when you are a kid, is always exciting and with your help, your kids can have that experience.
A great way to get started is to grab four of your bamboo. Poles have them all flat nice together and tie them together with some string line about 250 300 mils down from the top. I'm only gonna dig them in about 150 mils and just compact. The earth a little hold themselves together because they're leaning in on each other, then simply just lend the other four up against your first teepee now to make sure everything's, nice and secure I've got some thicker nylon rope and I'm gonna use it as well to go around the outside a little bit like a spider web, but what it is is a great little hook for your plants to climb onto and work their way up.
The teepee now at the base of each post, I'm playing some sweet, peas, they'll grow nice and fast in about 12 weeks. You'll have a fantastic coverage and they look really good for up to six to eight months. But if you want something more long-term, you can plant star, jasmine and that'll, give you a beautiful flower and smell nearly all year round. What am I gonna do and do, but now I'm using a couple of different types of mulch on the outside eucalyptus mulch. It'S light and bright and smells good, but inside I'm using soft form. Now the advantage with this, it's got a lot less dust in it and it doesn't compact, so the kids can play in there. Their clothes won't get dirty and if they fall over, it's nice and soft, but there you go, the sweet peas did their job, they grew fast and looked fantastic, but the star jasmine has shown through.
